The ban excludes Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and the UK, as well as Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Rwanda, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia and Uruguay. Also excluded are foreigners coming to Sweden to study and certain highly skilled professionals.
